“To take refuge” you have to know that we are in a resort called Vignanotica between Mattinata and Vieste.
Il Rifugio is about 200 metres above the sea level and 600 metres far from it.

You can sunbathe on a lazy beach made up of white, little and smooth shingles and dive in a sea with a crystal clear water and colours shading from blue into light blue into green.
